Jennyfer Mancino

Owner, Cake Designer

I am an Orlando native and graduate of Rollins College. At an early age I was captivated by fantasy weddings growing up as the daughter of the founder of Disney’s Fairytale Weddings.  After college, when asked what I wanted to do with the rest of my life I had two words: weddings and food.  Not a fan of sweets, I became a wedding planner.  Everything was going well until one day I was hit with a sudden sweet obsession, only to discover I was pregnant!  Project by project, accolade by accolade The Sugar Suite was built. I believe that good design is simple. Every couple has a unique style and its my job to understand and illuminate that.

I speak French, I love to cook, I love to sing and dance with my daughter Amelia, and there is no place I’d rather be than in the kitchen by my hubby’s side.  I feel alive in New York City and believe that in life anything is possible (Phil 4:13).

Nicole Giordano

Pastry Chef

Growing up Italian I have always been in the kitchen helping and learning from the inspirational women in my family. My Grandmother always brought a smile to everyone’s face with the savory love she would put on the plate, and my mom had a dish of fresh baked brownies or homemade cookies to comfort you at all times. After graduating with a degree in Marketing and not happy with my career choice I decided to follow my passion of chocolate and sweets to culinary school. This was the best decision I have made. I love using my creativity while working with cakes and pastries on a daily basis.
