“I speak French, love to cook and have a 5 year old that lights up my life. My heroes are Martha Stewart and Ina Garten. My favorite place in the world is New York City and I believe that in life anything is possible (Phil 4:13).”

Nicole Giordano

Pastry Chef

“Growing up Italian I have always been in the kitchen helping and learning from the inspirational women in my family. My Grandmother always brought a smile to everyone’s face with the savory love she would put on the plate, and my mom had a dish of fresh baked brownies or homemade cookies to comfort you at all times. After graduating with a degree in Marketing and not happy with my career choice I decided to follow my passion of chocolate and sweets to culinary school. This was the best decision I have made. I love using my creativity while working with cakes and pastries on a daily basis.”
